| Withering Lemon Grass: commonly found in most of Thai dishes, as well. It's a very fragrant kind of smell once chewed on. It helps with sore throats. We raise alot of these and we have a separate property just used to raise this. It's also very hard to find in the markets, nowadays. |

It gives off a very...pungent kind of acidic smell, and it does have lemons. It's leaves are commonly the part being used--especially in soups and curries |
